Pierre-Jean Quetant is the current Global Head of Digital Solutions at Sitel. Pierre-Jean has been with the company since October 2020 and in their current role for just over a year. Prior to this, they served as the Global Leader of Learning Experience at Sitel group for just under two years. In this role, they were responsible for building an effective and innovative technological Edtech ecosystem, supporting the transformation of Sitel's learning organization to a development driven community, bringing data and performance management to the learning and development field, creating awareness, trigger adoption and usage of our tools, resources and processes, and empowering our learning and development community through content, programs and global resources. Pierre-Jean also worked closely with HR global and MAX (our employee experience program My Associate eXperience).
Outside of their work at Sitel, Pierre-Jean is also part of the "Doer's Transformation Small tent", where they work with incredible people all over the world to fight day-to-day challenges, like how to send 50.000 people working at home in 15 days, and how to adapt Sitel for the future. These are exciting challenges that they are passionate about taking on!
Pierre-Jean Quetant has a degree in Management from Grenoble Ecole de Management - Grenoble Graduate School of Business, as well as degrees in Electronique, électrotechnique, Informatique Industrielle and Marketing, vente, étude de marché, finance, économie from Université Jean Monnet Saint-Etienne. Pierre-Jean also has a Baccalauréat S in Option Electronique from Lycée Beauregard in Montbrison.
