Caitlin Spoleta MS-HRM is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Ops & Experience Manager and previously as a Human Resources Generalist at Foundry since February 2021. Caitlin also holds a position as a Board Member and Secretary at IACKids, contributing to fundraising and marketing efforts for the non-profit organization. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Business Partner and Associate HR Business Partner at the University of Rochester Medical Center, along with various HR and sales operational roles at Paychex and PAETEC Energy.
