Felicia House is a seasoned professional in client service and retail banking, currently holding the position of Senior Client Service Associate at Fountainhead Advisors since October 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Retail Client Experience Manager and Universal Banker II at Kearny Bank from January 2020 to October 2021. Additionally, Felicia served as Head Teller at TD from June 2014 to January 2020, where responsibilities included providing legendary customer service and managing the hiring and onboarding of new tellers. Felicia began the career journey with the role of Assistant Head Teller. Felicia earned an Associate's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Ocean County College between 2017 and 2019.
