Divya Karunanidhi

Divya Karunanidhi is an accomplished Senior Industrial Engineer at Four Hands since April 2022, previously serving in various engineering and management roles, including as an Industrial Engineer at Intuitive Surgical from June 2015 to March 2018. With a strong foundation in continuous improvement methodologies, Divya has successfully implemented Lean principles to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency in manufacturing processes. Earlier experiences also include positions in quality control and data analysis, as well as project management in healthcare consulting. Divya holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from San José State University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Automobile Engineering from Madras Institute of Technology, Anna University.
