Nealie Gillis

Nealie Gillis has over two decades of experience in the furniture retail industry, currently serving as Showroom Manager at Four Hands since November 2004. In this role, Nealie manages showroom operations, logistics, and event planning, achieving significant revenue growth, including driving sales up from $860,000 in the first year to over $5MM in 2016. Nealie has successfully implemented policies and procedures that supported the company’s expansion and has executed innovative sales strategies, such as quarterly tent sales that generated additional revenue exceeding $700,000. Prior experience includes roles as Store Manager and Assistant Manager at Crate and Barrel, where Nealie oversaw a large team and contributed significantly to store performance and employee training. Nealie holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University South Bend in Public Environmental Affairs.
