Ciprian Nitisor has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ciprian is currently working as the Head of People Services at FOUR PAWS starting in September 2023. Prior to that, they gained extensive experience at Oracle as the Manager of HR Operations for Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Spain, and Portugal from January 2017 to September 2023. In this role, they were responsible for managing a team in providing HR administrative support, implementing strategic initiatives, and handling employee relations. Before their time at Oracle, Ciprian worked as a Freelance Liaison Officer at MICHEL International Relations & Services in Berlin, Germany from December 2016 to October 2022. Ciprian also worked as a Project Coordinator at Das Wiener Kindertheater from February 2015 to January 2017 and as an Associated Teacher at the University of Bucharest from October 2013 to September 2014. Additionally, Ciprian gained valuable experience as a Client Technical Support Associate at Dell from August 2012 to September 2014.
Ciprian Nitisor has an extensive education history. Ciprian started by earning a bachelor's degree in the Faculty of Foreign Languages and Literatures from the University of Bucharest in 2009. Ciprian then pursued a master's degree in Studies of Russian Culture and Russian Language for Business from the same university from 2009 to 2011. During this time, they also received grants to study at Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz and the University of Warsaw. Nitisor continued their education by obtaining a Doctor Degree (Ph.D.) in Literary and Cultural Studies from the University of Bucharest from 2011 to 2015. Ciprian also conducted PhD. research at the Institut für Slawistik at Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz through the "Go to Styria" grant from 2014 to 2015. Additionally, Nitisor briefly attended the Pushkin State Russian Language Institute in 2011.
