Hajnalka Szeidl currently serves as a Search and Selection Specialist at FOUR PAWS since October 2023. Prior to this role, Hajnalka worked at IBM as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, where responsibilities included managing the end-to-end recruitment and visa processes for candidates in the United Kingdom and improving onboarding procedures. Experience at VOIS as an HR Advisor involved providing expert guidance on labor law, payroll, and benefits, as well as developing company policies. As Talent Management Country Coordinator for AIESEC in Hungary, Hajnalka crafted the national HR strategy, executed recruitment campaigns, and supported local offices. Previous roles also include managing International Relations for AIESEC and serving as an Administrative Assistant at Bosch Magyarország. Hajnalka holds a Master's degree in International Economy and Business from Eötvös Loránd University and a Bachelor's degree in International Economics from Budapest University of Economics and Business.
