Ross Plummer has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ross began their career in 2007 as a Geographic Information Systems Technician at Aerial Services, Inc., where they focused on quality control and analysis of digital imagery. In 2009, they transitioned to a Sales Consultant role at Witham Auto Center, where they excelled in building customer relationships and promoting vehicle features. In 2011, Ross joined IBM as a Wintel Systems Administrator, providing support for server operations and maintaining Microsoft systems. Ross then moved on to sales-i in 2014, starting as an Account Manager/Trainer and eventually becoming a Sr. Customer Success Manager, responsible for managing client accounts and driving adoption of the sales-i solution. Ross's most recent position is Customer Success Manager at FourKites, Inc., where they work closely with customers to establish goals, facilitate progress review, and ensure their success.
Ross Plummer completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Geography from the University of Northern Iowa. Ross attended the university from 2004 to 2007. Additionally, they obtained a FourKites Shipper Certification from FourKites, Inc. in November 2021.
