Ove's career includes roles as Director of Customer Success at Cognite, CTO and Vice President of Research and Development at Cenium AS, and various positions at Logica and Infostream, where Ove specialized in Dynamics NAV solutions. Ove's initial experience as Logistics Manager at Stolt-SeaFarm AS involved managing production planning and logistics on a global scale. Education includes studies at Gøteborgs Tekniska Institut and BI Norwegian Business School.
