Debbie Tabb is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in client services and operations management. Currently serving as Vice President and Director of Client Services at Fourth Capital since October 2020, Debbie previously held the position of Vice President and Personal Banking Operations Manager at CapStar Bank from August 2009 to October 2020. At CapStar, responsibilities included acting as a liaison between financial centers and operational departments to enhance customer service and efficiency. Prior to that, Debbie worked at SunTrust Bank from April 1997 to May 2009, starting as a Financial Services Representative and advancing to Assistant Branch Manager, where duties encompassed the oversight of daily operations and staff management. Throughout a career marked by a focus on customer relations, sales, and process improvement, Debbie has demonstrated a commitment to achieving business objectives and enhancing branch performance.
