Teodora Atanasova

Teodora Atanasova is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people management and organizational development. Serving as a Senior People Partner and previously as People and Office Manager at Fourth since August 2015, Teodora oversees resource recruitment, employee performance evaluation, and HR policies. Prior experience as an HR Coordinator at SDSD from 2010 to 2015 included responsibilities in recruitment, training coordination, and HR data reporting. Teodora's educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in International Economic Relations from the University of National and World Economy, as well as various non-degree programs in entrepreneurship and finance from Harvard-affiliated institutions and Babson College.
