Scot Sanders has extensive experience in the farming industry. Scot started their career at Fowler Packing Company in 1994, where they held various positions including Director of Farming and Vice President, farming. Scot was responsible for table grape vineyard development and production. Scot then joined Ag FORCE in 2017 as Executive Director, where they remained until 2020. Scot also worked at Golden State Hops as a Ranch Manager from 2017 to 2018.
