Andrew M. J. Bernstein is a seasoned trial lawyer with a robust practice focusing on white-collar criminal defense, government and internal investigations, regulatory defense, and professional misconduct representation. Currently serving as a Partner at Fox Rothschild since March 2024, Bernstein has previously held partner positions at Armstrong Teasdale LLP and Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP, where responsibilities included chairing the White-Collar Criminal Defense and Investigations Practice. Bernstein's legal career includes over 1,500 state court criminal defense cases with the Legal Aid Society, along with extensive trial representation in federal and state courts.
