Kay Lou

Kay Lou is currently serving as the AVP of the Chairman’s Office at Foxconn, focusing on strategic partnerships and business development since December 2022. In addition, Kay Lou has been a Business Mentor and Consultant with SCORE Mentors Silicon Valley since June 2022, aiding small business owners through mentoring and training. Previous experience includes roles at YAGEO Group as Vice President of Strategic Alliances and Vice President of Sales for the Americas from September 2019 to August 2022, and Chief Procurement Officer at Artesyn Embedded Power from October 2017 to September 2019. Kay Lou also held several positions at Flex from July 2010 to October 2017, culminating as Senior Director of Global Commodity Management, where initiatives were driven through cross-functional collaboration. Earlier experience includes leading Taiwan Sales & Marketing at Yageo and serving as a TV Anchor at ERA TV/TVBS. Kay Lou holds an Executive Master of Science degree in Marketing from The City University of New York.
