Charly Dahlquist has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Student Athlete in Division I Women's Ice Hockey at The Ohio State University in 2015. In 2016, they became a Coaching Assistant at The Hockey Academy at Ralph Engelstad Arena, where they managed practices, skills sessions, and group activities. In 2018, they took on a Community Development Intern role at the Columbus Blue Jackets, assisting with key projects directed to improving the Columbus community, sustaining the Blue Jackets' reputation as a good corporate citizen, as well as assisting in the fundraising efforts for the Blue Jackets Foundation. In 2019, Charly joined TEKsystems as an Account Manager, supporting the Financial vertical with a specialization in Core Applications. Her primary responsibilities included building client relationships, understanding the local labor market, IT talent management and consulting with clients to implement the most effective talent attraction and retention strategies. Most recently, in 2021, Charly joined Foxen as a Customer Success Lead and Client Relationship Manager.

Charly Dahlquist began their educational journey at Eden Prairie Senior High School, graduating in 2015. Afterward, they attended the University of North Dakota for two years, studying Public Health. Finally, Charly graduated from The Ohio State University in 2019, earning a Bachelor in Communications with a Minor in Public Health.
