Açelya Uslu began their work experience in 2016 at En Voiture Simone, a French start-up where they worked as a Customer Support & Social Media representative. In this role, they played a crucial part in revolutionizing the driving license training system by simplifying the process and offering online services nationwide.

Açelya then joined Pernod Ricard France in 2017 as an Internal Communication specialist for a brief period from March to June. Later that year, they worked at AXA en France, where they handled Digital Communication Projects from September to December.
