Anna Palm possesses extensive experience in education and tourism, currently serving as a French teacher at Helsingborgs stad since August 2018. In addition, Anna has been involved with JÖRNS RESOR since July 2007, fulfilling roles as a tour guide and travel producer. Previous positions include marketing assistant at Helsingborgs stad, focusing on digital communications for the Tourism Department, and board member roles at both Samhällsvetarkåren vid Lunds universitet and Samhällsvetarkårens Helsingborgssektion Agora, emphasizing communications. Early career experience includes front desk receptionist at Hotell Viking by Maxwell and various roles in hospitality. Anna holds a Filosofie kandidatexamen in French Language and Literature, a Master of Science in Strategic Communication, and a Bachelor of Science in Service Management Tourism from Lund University, along with studies at Institut de Touraine.
