Kartik Sheth is currently the Founder and CEO of Foxy, a previous company they also worked for. Kartik has also worked as the Chief Executive Officer of Wynk Limited from March 2015 to May 2018, and before that, they were the Chief Innovation Officer at airtel from May 2013 to May 2018. Kartik was responsible for incubating product and business development of new services until they reach scale, such as the national launch of 4G/LTE and Wynk Music and Movies. From January 2011 to April 2013, Kartik was the Chief Operating Officer at Lakme Salons. Kartik began their career working as a Software Design Engineer at Tech Mahindra Ltd. from January 1999 to December 2002, and then at Mahindra British Telecom from October 1999 to June 2002. In 2004, Kartik joined McKinsey & Co. as an Associate Principal and worked there until 2011.
Kartik Sheth has a PGP from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a Bachelor of Engineering - BE in Electronics from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI).
