Ronald Mursick

Ronald Mursick has extensive experience in property management and operations within the multifamily housing sector, currently serving as the Director of Property Operations at FPI Management since January 2022. Previously, Ronald held the position of Regional Vice President at Arrowhead Housing, Inc. and Regional Portfolio Manager at FPI Management, in addition to serving as Area Director of Property Operations at Mercy Housing, where oversight included a mixed portfolio of affordable housing in the greater Sacramento area. Ronald's earlier roles included Regional Portfolio Manager at ConAm Management Corporation, Community Manager positions at Community Housing Opportunities Corporation and Chelsea Investment Company, and Resident Manager at Wilhoit Properties, Inc.
