Taylor Schwartz

Taylor is a Vice President at Ferguson Partners. Based in Chicago, Taylor supports the firm’s executive and Board recruitment across the commercial real estate industry. Taylor’s goal-oriented and consultative approach characterizes her dedication for aligning clients with the best possible match for each organization.

Prior to joining Ferguson Partners, Taylor worked as an executive recruiter and account manager at North Bridge Staffing Group. Taylor was responsible for the full life cycle recruiting process on behalf of clients in the financial services, management consulting, marketing/advertising, information technology and legal sectors.

Taylor earned her Bachelor’s degree from The University of Missouri in Business Administration. In her free time, Taylor enjoys cycling, cooking, and spending time with her two pups – Louie the Pug and Mabel, a yellow Lab.
