Aman Mishra has extensive experience in the finance and management sectors, currently serving in Repayments Strategy & Analytics at FPL Technologies since November 2022. Previously, Aman held multiple positions at Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd. from May 2018 to November 2022, culminating in a Senior Manager role where responsibilities included digitizing collections and optimizing team efficiency through strategic delegation and performance monitoring. Early career experiences included internships at Odisha Mining Corporation Ltd., Dilasa Janvikas Pratishthan, and Rural Centre for Human Interests, focusing on management, rural interventions, and community development.
