Joy Roy

Joy Roy is a Customer Service Specialist at FPL Technologies since April 2023, contributing to the innovative financial services sector in India. Previously, Joy held the position of Senior Customer Service Advisor at Rebel Foods from April 2022 to March 2023, where Joy was involved in transforming the food industry through cloud kitchens and advanced technology. Earlier experience includes serving as an Article Trainee at AKMK & Associates, focusing on internal and stock audits for major clients. Joy Roy is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Arts and Legislative Law at Sinhgad Law College and has foundational qualifications in accounting and finance from The Institute of Cost Accountants of India and The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Educational background also includes completion of HSC and SSC from Maharashtra State Board institutions.
