Tien Hoang

Tien Hoang has extensive experience in the IT industry, currently serving as the Business Unit Vice Director and Senior Project Manager at FPT Software since September 2012, where roles included Senior Software Engineer focusing on Java and Oracle technologies across various international markets. In February 2023, Tien founded Project Happy, specializing in training, coaching, and consulting on IT project management and Agile transformation. Tien also hosts a YouTube channel dedicated to related topics. Previous roles include Lead Trainer in Software Engineering at Aptech Vietnam, co-founder and Online Business Manager at Polynex Vietnam, and Senior Developer at Miyatsu Vietnam. Tien holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Thang Long University and a Higher Diploma in Computer Software Engineering from Aprotrain Aptech.
