Kieu Phan is a UX Team Lead at FPT Corporation since February 2021, where responsibilities include co-creating and maintaining design documentation, leading an in-house UX/UI team for internal projects, and implementing UX solutions in Agile/Scrum environments. Notable achievements include winning the first award in the FPT Telecom Innovation Contest for the heatmap project and increasing product delivery speed by 20% as a UX Designer. Kieu Phan previously worked as a UI/UX Designer at FPT Telecom, contributing to the development of the Hi FPT customer support application, and also served as a Web Developer at Nina Co. Ltd. Kieu Phan holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Ho Chi Minh City Pedagogical University, completed in 2016.
