Abhishek Yadav

Abhishek (Abhi) Yadav is a part of the senior leadership team at Fractal. He heads the Retail and Distribution industry sector. He is responsible for client relations, strategy, and execution for the unit. Abhi is deeply passionate about technology and the positive impact it can have on our lives and society at large.

Prior to his current role, Abhi served in Senior Leadership roles at Wipro and HCL, where he was responsible for the digital transformation of the Retail business unit by building unique market capabilities and combining them with design and engineering talent at scale. He has also essayed leadership roles in multiple consumer industries like Logistics, Hospitality, and Distribution. He led and scaled the retail vertical by partnering and building strategic relationships with key US, Europe, and Asia clients.

With 20 years of global consulting experience, Abhi continues to be an evangelist on the use of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and analytical models in automating business processes and streamlining operations. He is a regular speaker at various industry forums, including the National Retail Federation
