Ashish Mohan

Ashish Mohan is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Lead Architect and Associate Director at Fractal since September 2020, where responsibilities include managing Big Data Engineering initiatives, mentoring a team of over 30 professionals, and developing product roadmaps. Prior to Fractal, Ashish held various positions at Paytm from October 2014 to September 2020, including Technical Lead for Data Platform, where contributions included building scalable data solutions and frameworks. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Senior Software Engineer at Reppify, a Web Developer at Dayalbagh Educational Institute, and a Software Developer as a freelancer. Ashish holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University and completed schooling at St. George's College, Agra.
