AJ Shelman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy consulting, operations, and technology. Currently serving as Partner and Co-Founder at Shelman Group, which specializes in strategy consulting for the Food & Ag value chain, AJ has previously held significant roles at Proteus Motion as Vice President of Strategy & Operations and Strategic Advisor, focusing on enhancing human performance through applied robotics and AI. As Chief Operating Officer and Strategic Advisor at Fractal Antenna Systems, Inc., AJ led operations and product development for advanced electromagnetic technologies. Prior experience includes consulting for Bain & Company and Lead Capital Partners, where AJ dealt with transformational projects and private equity analysis. AJ holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Organizational Theory from Vanderbilt University.
