Adam Jaynes is a skilled Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in biomedical product development, particularly in the treatment of Type 2 Diabetes and severe asthma. Currently serving as a Research Development Mechanical Engineer and previously as a Field Service Engineer at Fractyl since July 2016, Adam has collaborated on various interdisciplinary projects, conducted benchtop and in-vivo studies, and contributed to the design and testing of electromechanical systems. Adam’s engineering background includes a Mechanical Engineering Coop at Fractyl Laboratories Inc. and internships at Simbex and Boston Scientific, where contributions ranged from biomechanical research to the prototyping and testing of medical devices. Adam holds a degree from Northeastern University, attained in 2016.
