Tiffany Bennett, Ph.D. has extensive work experience in various leadership and consulting roles. Starting in 2009, they worked as a Human Capital Consultant at PDRI, providing consulting services to government clients. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2009, they were a Consortium Fellow at the U.S. Army Research Institute, where they contributed to projects involving emotional intelligence and situational judgment tests. In 2004, they served as a Lab Instructor/Adjunct Faculty at George Mason University, teaching and facilitating learning in organizational behavior. Additionally, they have worked as a consultant at Mirum Corporation and Beacon Associates, Inc., contributing to simulation development and assessment projects. For the past several years, Tiffany has been working at The Daily Dot and Fragment Media Group in various operations roles, including Director of Operations and VP of Operations. Tiffany has also been a Board Member at Nautilus Magazine since 2019.
Tiffany Bennett, Ph.D. obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology and Managerial Studies from Rice University in 2003. Tiffany then went on to earn their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from George Mason University, graduating in 2005. In 2008, they completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from George Mason University. Additionally, Tiffany has obtained several certifications including Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in September 2017 and a certification in SHRM-CP from SHRM in June 2015. In 2023, they became a founding member of Austin Women in Tech for Good at Grapevine.
