Hillary Rocker is an experienced fashion professional with a strong background in technical design and apparel development. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Designer at FRAME since 2021, Hillary oversees all technical aspects of women's ready-to-wear products, specializing in full fashion sweaters and cut & sewn knits. Prior experience includes a role as Technical Designer at L'AGENCE, where expertise focused on fit across various business categories, and as Technical Designer/Product Developer at Sportailor: Hook & Tackle, providing services for outdoor sports apparel and accessories. Additional positions include Apparel Designer roles at Li & Fung USA - Marilyn Monroe and Jones New York, as well as Assistant Technical Designer at Zero Maria Cornejo. Hillary Rocker holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
