Framingham State University
Eric Gustafson has nearly 20 years of experience in development, alumni relations, and communications. He has led the Development and Alumni Relations team at Framingham State since 2012. During that time the University embarked on its first-ever comprehensive fundraising campaign, which finished significantly over goal and ahead of schedule. He has also overseen an expansion of alumni engagement opportunities both locally and across the country. In addition, he serves as Executive Director of the Framingham State University Foundation, Inc. He previously led the development team at Anna Maria College, and has also worked at Muskingum University, and the YWCA of Western Massachusetts.
He has a B.A. from Marietta College, an M.A. from Anna Maria College, and an M.A. from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Framingham State University was founded by Horace Mann in 1839 as the first state-supported institution of public higher education in the United States for the training of teachers. Located in Framingham, Massachusetts, a community 20 miles west of Boston, the University assists in fulfilling the workforce needs of the Commonwealth with an emphasis on the rapidly growing high technology and service region known as MetroWest. The University integrates liberal arts and science programs with a variety of professional programs at the Baccalaureate and Master's levels.
