Chris Adams is a Partner with Francisco Partners and focuses primarily on healthcare technology. He has a particular interest in pharmacy and payor related software, information-enabled services, and technology-enabled services businesses.
Prior to joining Francisco Partners in 2008, Chris was with American Securities Capital Partners where he evaluated and executed private equity transactions across business services and industrial technology. Chris previously was a strategy consultant in the Atlanta, Sao Paulo, and Sydney offices of Bain & Company. He has also worked at a venture capital firm in Bangalore and a technology startup in Shanghai.
Chris currently serves on the board of directors of AndHealth, GoodRx, and RedSail. He formerly served on a number of boards including Aesynt (acquired by Omnicell), Availity (recapped by financial sponsor), Capsule (acquired by Philips), CoverMyMeds (acquired by McKesson), Landmark Health (acquired by UnitedHealthcare), NexTraq (acquired by Fleetcor), QuadraMed (acquired by Nuance and Constellation Software), Quantros (acquired), TRC Healthcare (acquired by financial sponsor), and Trellis Rx (acquired by CPS Solutions).
