Michael Hunt joined Francisco Partners Consulting in 2022 as an Operating Partner EMEA.
Prior to joining Francisco Partners Consulting, Michael served as Chief Financial Officer at BluJay Solutions, one of Francisco Partners’ portfolio companies. Michael played a key role in the transformation of BluJay’s operating model and execution of the associated growth plan. He was a fundamental part of the overall value creation and successful sale of the company.
Prior to this, Michael was an Operating Partner at Hg Capital and held CFO roles at various private equity backed technology companies, including Lumesse and NorthgateArinso. Earlier in his career, Michael held senior finance positions at British Telecom and Hoffman La Roche. Michael started his career in finance, training as an accountant with Price Waterhouse, where he worked across a variety of industries.
