Shiva joined Francisco Partners Consulting in 2021 as an Operating Partner in the EMEA region with a focus on the Product & Technology functions.
Shiva has nearly 30 years’ experience in the Technology and Financial Services industries and has served in senior management roles for several companies across the globe. Shiva started his career on Wall Street, helping architect proprietary risk, trading, and analytics platforms for various prominent buy side firms. Among other achievements, Shiva was the Chief Technical Architect of the Aladdin system at BlackRock, a platform that is currently considered one of the largest commercial asset management platforms in the world. Shiva moved to Europe in 2002 and has since served on leadership teams of several businesses, leading business transformation, restructuring and growth initiatives during stints at Trema, Wall Street Systems and Ion Trading. Since 2014, Shiva has been an independent consultant supporting a variety of private equity firms in Europe with deal diligence, as well as transformational projects with their portfolio companies.
