Jeffrey Frenster

Jeffrey leads the firm’s Employee Relations and Development team focused on employee experience from start to finish. He has over 30 years of experience in management consulting, financial planning and employee development roles. Jeff is also known as the minister of culture ensuring a great work environment and collaborating across teams to allow employees to develop to their full potential. He is involved in developing and implementing new initiatives designed to increase employee skills and to further strengthen the firm’s ability to deliver Five Star Service to clients. Jeff is also a co-founding member of the firm’s Values Forward committee focused on the firm’s diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
