Timothy Perotti

Tim is the partner in charge of the firm’s Assurance and Advisory Practice, working primarily out of the San Francisco and Palo Alto offices. His expertise includes revenue recognition, equity accounting and mergers and acquisition transactions. He has over 20 years of experience providing technical accounting, financial reporting, and advisory services to businesses in the professional service, manufacturing, distribution, software, and high-technology industries. He also has extensive experience working with privately held, pre-IPO, and venture-backed companies, as well as companies with international operations and reporting requirements.
