Starting in February 1993 as a Customer Service Representative, Mike progressed to the role of Customer Service Supervisor before moving into management positions, including Customer Service Manager and Inside Sales Manager. Currently serving as Premier Account Manager since March 2006, Mike has demonstrated a strong commitment to client relations and sales performance. Educational qualifications include training at Penco Tech.
