Annie Thomen has extensive experience in the field of tax and transfer pricing. Annie started their career as a Tax Senior at Arthur Andersen in 1996 and worked there until 2000. Annie then joined Ernst & Young as a Tax Senior in 2000 and worked there until 2001. In 2002, Annie joined Franklin Templeton Investments as a Director of International Tax and held that role until 2013. Annie then became Vice President of International Tax and Transfer Pricing at Franklin Templeton Investments until 2019. Currently, Annie serves as the Senior Vice President of Global Tax and Transfer Pricing at Franklin Templeton Investments, a position they have held since 2020.

Annie Thomen received their Master of Science degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University from 1995 to 2001.
