Carol Denny has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Carol started their career at PGIM Investments in 1989 as a Vice President and held that position until 1997. Carol then moved on to UBS as an Assistant Financial Controller from 1997 to 1999. Following this, Carol joined Citi as a Director from 1999 to 2005. Carol then worked at Legg Mason as a Managing Director from 2005 to 2020. In their most recent role at Franklin Templeton, which started in 2020, Carol served as a Vice President responsible for various tasks including overseeing global pricing, managing expenses and budgets, and automating processes to enhance efficiency. Carol also led the integration of teams and developed risk-based oversight models.

Carol Denny attended Fordham University from 1985 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. Carol also completed a program in the Securities Industry Institute at The Wharton School. In addition, Carol has certifications including a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from Legg Mason and a Series 99 certification from FINRA.
