Previously, Gwen chaired the Tax Committee at the Investment Company Institute, where leadership resulted in the enactment of Mutual Fund Tax Modernization legislation. Prior roles include serving as Executive Director at Morgan Stanley and Senior Tax Manager at KPMG, focusing on tax matters for financial services clients.
