Stephen Dover has a wealth of experience in the investment industry. Stephen currently serves as the Chief Market Strategist and Head of Franklin Templeton Institute at Franklin Templeton. Prior to this, they held the position of EVP, Head of Equity at Franklin Templeton, where they oversaw over $300 billion managed by the equity investment teams. Stephen also served as the Chief Investment Officer for Templeton Emerging Markets Group, Franklin Local Asset Management, and Templeton Private Equity Partners. Before joining Franklin Templeton, Dover was a founder and Chief Investment Officer at Bradesco Templeton Asset Management, a joint venture between Franklin Templeton Investments and Banco Bradesco. Stephen also worked as a portfolio manager and principal at Newell Associates and as a consultant at Towers Perrin.

Stephen Dover earned a BA degree in International Business from Lewis & Clark College. Stephen then completed an MBA with a focus on Finance at The Wharton School. Stephen also obtained a certification as a Certified Financial Analyst from the CFA Institute in 1993.
