Sausha Pond

Sausha Pond has a diverse work experience. Sausha started their career as a Band Instructor at Crescent View Middle School in 1998 and worked there until 2001. Following that, they joined Heritage Festivals as a Festival Director from 2001 to 2007. In 2008, Sausha worked at Insulation Contractor Supply as an Accounts Payable Clerk for a year. In 2011, they became a Private Piano Instructor in Happy Valley, OR, where they continued until 2014. Since 2014, Sausha has been employed at FranklinCovey, initially as a Client Engagement Coordinator and currently as a Client Engagement Coordinator Coach.

Sausha Pond attended the University of Utah from 1993 to 1998. During this time, they pursued two bachelor's degrees simultaneously. Sausha obtained a Bachelor of Music Education with a specialization in Music Teacher Education and a Bachelor of Music with a focus on Instrumental Education.
