Shalese Ream

Shalese Ream has a diverse range of work experience. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as an Operations Manager at The Service Companies. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing daily operations. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at the National Ability Center as a Salesforce Admin and Office and Reservations Manager. Here, they led the customization, implementation, and training of Salesforce for various functions, such as reservations and scheduling. Shalese also integrated Textus, Walk Me, and Outlook applications into Salesforce. Starting in 2017, they joined FranklinCovey as a Salesforce Administrator. Here, they managed automation projects, led the lightning migration, and ensured smooth communication with end users. In addition to their job roles, they also owned and operated a small business called Mission Hospitality from 2013.

Shalese Ream earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Latin American Studies from Brigham Young University. In addition, they obtained several certifications, including Salesforce Certified Administrator from Salesforce in March 2017, Salesforce Trailhead from Salesforce Trailhead in March 2016, and Leadership Certification from Continuing Education at the University of Utah in August 2015.
