Lais Andrade

Lais Andrade has had a varied work experience. Lais began their career in 2006 as a Monitor at C&A Brasil. In 2008, they moved to Claro Brasil as a Gerente de vendas. In 2011, they became an Estagiário at Banco do Brasil. In 2012, they were promoted to Gerente de conta at Itaú Unibanco. In 2014, they became a Sócio at Pet Bicho de Luxo. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Franq Open Banking as an Analista de marketing and Customer Success Analyst.

Lais Andrade completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Centro Universitário Internacional UNINTER from 2008 to 2012. In 2020, they earned an MBA in Startups, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship from the same university. Lais also obtained the CPA 10 certification from ANBIMA Certificação e Educação in 2020. In the same year, they completed the IE - Inteligência Emocional course from Escola Conquer in the field of Human Resources Development. Most recently, in 2021, they completed the INTRODUÇÃO AO CUSTOMER SUCCESS course from RD UNIVERSITY.
