Nikita Nabh, CPHR Candidate, currently serves as an Employee Experience Business Partner in People Strategies at Fraser Health Authority since October 2019. With prior experience at Vancouver Coastal Health as a Strategic Initiatives Advisor and Business Analyst, and at Doctors of BC in various analytical roles, Nikita has developed expertise in healthcare strategy and operational improvement. Earlier career highlights include event management for Red Carpet Events Pvt Ltd, where responsibilities included planning corporate functions and enhancing client engagement, and management roles at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces, focusing on customer experience and operational efficiency. Nikita holds an MBA from Sauder School of Business and has pursued further studies in Digital Marketing and Information Technology while currently learning French.
