MacKenzie Olson

Mackenzie Olson is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in behavior practice and management. Currently serving as a Senior Behavior Practitioner at Fraser since August 2022, Mackenzie previously held the role of Manager at Snuffy's Malt Shop from October 2013 to October 2023, where responsibilities included maintaining customer relations, training new employees, and managing opening and closing duties. Additional experience includes coaching Ultimate Frisbee at Como Park High School from May 2016 to July 2022, serving as a College Access Coach at College Possible from September 2019 to July 2021, and working as a Store Cashier at PetSmart from August 2017 to April 2019. Mackenzie also contributed as a Mentor in the Big Brother Big Sister Program from September 2013 to May 2015. Mackenzie holds a degree in Psychology and Early Childhood Studies from the University of Minnesota Duluth, earned between 2015 and 2019.
