Prior roles include Regional Operations Director for Western Canada and General Merchandise DVP/General Manager at Hudson's Bay Company, where Johnny worked from February 2013 to April 2021. Additional experience includes General Manager roles at Sears Canada and Future Shop, with a strong foundation in sales and operations management.
