Anne Funck Hansen

Anne Funck Hansen, PhD LL.M. (Eur), currently serves as the Data Protection Officer (deputy) and corporate lawyer at Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft, focusing on data protection in research and development since January 2017. Previously, Anne worked as a PhD researcher at Aarhus University from January 2011 to January 2015, concentrating on legitimacy and certainty in European patent law. Additionally, Anne has experience as a freelance lyric-dramatic soprano with various stage and concert performances between 2010 and 2014. Anne's academic credentials include degrees in law from Aarhus University and Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, and training as a Data Protection Officer from Ulmer Akademie für Datenschutz und IT-Sicherheit UDIS gGmbH.
