Jason Nelson

Tax Partner Jason Nelson coordinates tax and accounting services for Frazier & Deeter’s business and individual tax clientele. With nearly 15 years of experience with the firm, his responsibilities include reviewing a variety of tax returns and performing tax planning and compliance services with an emphasis in the real estate, non-profit and closely held business areas.

Jason has significant expertise with special tax issues applicable to partnerships, limited liability companies and S corporations. In addition to being a member of the firm’s Real Estate industry group, he specializes in working with tax-exempt organizations, including a variety of 501(c) organizations. He is further experienced with partnerships owned by foreign investors and has dealt with numerous conservation easements.

Complimenting his client service responsibilities, Jason is responsible for training and developing associates on tax engagements.
