As Director of Data and Analytics, Monika is responsible for the maintenance of Frazier & Deeter’s marketing database. She plans, develops and implements strategies for targeted marketing campaigns and also is responsible for data extraction, list/lead generation and evaluation of the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Previously, Monika served as Frazier & Deeter’s Database Marketing Manager.
Prior to joining the firm, Monika was the Marketing Coordinator for WhatCounts, an email marketing service provider. She also spent three years with Tatum as a Database Marketing Associate as well as a Marketing Specialist.
Monika has over ten years of experience in database marketing, advertising, sales operations and strategic planning. She also speaks Albanian and Polish fluently.
